Jodie Lynn found out about Country Music for the first time while visiting friends in Houston,
Texas, and, listening to artists like Garth Brooks, Clint Black, Mark Chesnut, Tracy Lawrence,
Collin Raye, Terri Clark or Georges Strait, she simply fell in love with the music and the country
way of life.
From that day, she kept this passion growing, between France and the USA.
She joined friends in a country music band, and being given this opportunity to share her passion
with others, Jodie realized she had found her way.
During a recording session, she met Jerome, songwriter and piano player, and they started working
together on new songs.
They dedicated their first single "Friday Night" to the line dancers, and had the chance to have
french instructors Annie Dance et Francis Marchio create a new dance "Friday Night Fever" from
Jodie was also selected to participate in the first Disney Country & Western Festival 2005’s young
While giving concerts in France, Jodie kept working on her album project. Her idea was to produce an
album with songs from her live performances, well-known by the line dancers, and with songs of her own,
dear to her heart, and with a modern but definitely country sound.
Jodie’s dream has finally come true with the release of the album « A Million Stars » in may 2008.
